If your arrival to Cusco is earlier than expected 5:00am, 6:00am, come straight up to our hostel, save your suitcases, bags at our big free luggage storage and use already hostel public facilities we have for you.
In case your room, your bed is ready before the check in time, we will be happy to accommodate you as soon as possible.

We have 02 open nice rooftop terraces as “smoker’s area “with overlooking to the city and mountains.
It´s not allowed to smoke in the rooms and dorms.
Will be a pleasure to get your request as long as you let us know with enough time and dependent on our availability or whether we are on high or low season.

You don’t need to register any card at reception; you need to register your debit or credit card at the moment you do your on line reservation with us. We never charge any amount or any previous payment to your card before your arrival. The registration card on line is for only warranty the veracity and seriousness of your reservation. The right answer…It really is. We care about privacy of our information as much as you do to protect against the not authorized use of it, our reservation process is handled in a secure server that fully encrypts the data of your credit or debit card. Read our privacy policy.
Yes, you require a card to book for all reservation throughout internet.

Absolutely nothing, the cards are only as warranty of your reservation.
Cancellations: 48 hours in advance are for free and groups at least 07 days prior.
In case you don’t come according to your reservation, we will apply you the “No show” of the first entire night to your debit or credit card.
